Constantine S. Potamianos is an experienced business lawyer who has assisted companies with a broad range of corporate and securities matters including business entity formation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities registration, SEC compliance, and exchange listing requirements. In the course of representing institutional and corporate clients, he has successfully completed numerous initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, venture capital and private equity financings, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, and mergers.
In a general corporate advisory context, he has advised emerging and established clients on corporate governance issues, distribution and marketing issues, contractual matters, business negotiations, joint venturing arrangements, technology licensing, employment and compensation matters, and proprietary rights and non-disclosure matters.
